Wholesale catalog
Custom catalog (wholesale pricing)
Accounts and ordering:
- To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must have a resale certificate
- Wholesale accounts must be registered and approved prior to placing an order. You can sign up for an account here.Â
- Once your application is approved, place your order through the Quick Order Form on the wholesale site or email hi@shinywear.co.
Product information:
- While laser-cut items are generally consistent, our items are handmade and can vary slightly in size and color from what is posted in the product listings.
Pricing:
- All prices are listed in USD dollars.
- The current minimum order is $50 ($100 retail).
Delivery, returns, and/or exchanges:Â
- Lead time for in-stock orders is 1 to 2 weeks. Backordered or made to order items may take up to 4-6 weeks to produce and ship, depending on the product and order size. If items in your order are listed as backordered, please email hi@shinywear.co for a delivery timeline.
- RUSH orders may be available upon request, and are dependent on stock availability and may include extra shipping charges.
- Shipping charges will be added to all orders and will be shipped by UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made in advance. Additional insurance is required for orders over $200.
- Contact us for authorization before shipping us any returns or exchanges.
Custom orders:
We would love to collaborate with you on custom stitch markers, tags/patches, buttons, promotional items, and more! Email hi@shinywear.co with your ideas and we'll get to work!
Privacy policy:
- Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of ShinywearCo. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in a stockists section of our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.
- We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from shinywear.co. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Shopify Payment Processor.
